Former pulp and rubber boot factory, Nokia from Finland, became the leader of the cell phone world. In 2013 Nokia's mobile phone business was sold to Microsoft and soon Microsoft gave up the mobile phone business entirely. What were the decisions that led to the demise of one of the most successful technology businesses of modern times? A story told from the perspective of the inventors and engineers that made the miracle and faced the destruction.
Arto Koskinen gained a Master of Arts in Directing and Screenwriting from University of Industrial Arts in Helsinki. Since 2003 he has worked as a Senior Lecturer for Screenwriting and directing in Tampere Polytechnic University of Applied sciences. Koskinen has completed 15 films, including cinema documentaries and fiction films for TV and cinema.
