Little Yellow Boots
Filmmaker John Webster sets out on a road-trip with his imaginary great grandaughter in an attempt to understand the moral and behavioural choices that make tackling climate change so difficult. A documentary film with humouristic overtones about a fundamental question: what is our responsibility to future generations?
John Webster 's films are human-interest stories with strong central characters whose lives are followed over a long period of time. Typical to his films is a blend of tragedy and comedy, melancholy and exuberance. John lays particular importance on research and documentary structure, and he gives frequent lectures on his speciality of documentary script writing. He has run his own production company JW Documentaries since 1993.
